This video explores the Musgrave 9mm pistol, an attempt by a South African company to tap into the post-apartheid handgun market. Launched between 1994 and the company's dissolution, the pistol was a simple, blowback-operated, polymer-framed design. It utilized Beretta 92 magazines due to Musgrave's licensing agreement. Despite its design, it failed commercially, unable to compete with the cheaper Norinco 213 Tokarev. Only around 500 units were produced in 1995-1996.
