Remarkable Art Deco Style FN/Browning B25 Shotgun
This video showcases a remarkable Art Deco style FN/Browning B25 over/under shotgun. Introduced in 1925 as the last of John Browning's designs and the first successful over/under sporting shotgun, this particular example was a presentation piece for the 1939 Albert Canal inauguration festivities. The shotgun features exquisite Art Deco embellishments, with engraving by Felix Funken, who later headed FN's Custom Shop. Uniquely, the wood grip is carved to emulate waves, reflecting the water exposition theme. The firearm is part of the Liege arms museum's civilian arms display, and the museum is thanked for allowing its removal for this presentation.
