Gerber Diesel Multi-tool by Nutnfancy
This video is a critical review of the Gerber Diesel Multi-tool by Nutnfancy. The reviewer highlights numerous downsides, including a poorly oriented, half-serrated Wharncliffe blade, difficult-to-deploy pliers, short shank drivers, a basic file, and hard-to-access tools. The wiggly plier head and easily damaged cutters are also noted as significant flaws. While the saw and scissors are considered upsides, the reviewer feels the snap-out pliers compromise the overall design. The non-MOLLE compatible sheath that can't hold the pliers extended is another negative. Despite a fair value around $70, the reviewer strongly recommends other multi-tools like the Leatherman OHT, Charge, Wave, or Victorinox Spirit over the Gerber Diesel. The reviewer gives the multi-tool a likability score of 5 out of 10.
